Read Matthew 2:1-11

• The Magi brought gold, frankincense, and myrrh to Jesus. What do these gifts reveal about who Jesus is?

• Why do you think God allowed these particular gifts to be given at the very beginning of Jesus’ life?

• The Magi offered costly gifts as an act of worship. What does this passage teach us about what true worship looks like?

• If gold represents honoring Jesus as King, what does it look like to give Him “gold” in your life today?

• If frankincense represents worship and prayer, how intentional is your worship of Jesus right now?

• If myrrh points to suffering and sacrifice, how does following Jesus sometimes cost us something?
