How did God communicate with Joseph?

What are some of the emotions that Joseph must have experienced when he discovered that

Mary was pregnant?  What would you have felt?

What did it cost Joseph to be faithful to God’s plan?

In this series, we have been reminded over and over that God chooses those who are very

young, very old, very poor, very quiet, seemingly very insignificant, to play significant parts in

the Christmas story.  How does that encourage you?

In Joseph we find a man of few words but courageous action. Why are our actions more

significant than our words?

What do you think Joseph’s relationship with Jesus was like?

What do you think Jesus learned from Joseph?

How can your actions further God’s Kingdom this week?
